ROBERTO SOLDADO

Roberto Soldado: Striker, Estimated Price: €25-35 million, Clubs interested: Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham, Juventus, PSG.
The Real Madrid graduate is in the form of his life and last week scored a hat-trick after coming on as a second half substitute for the Spanish national team in his first appearance for La Roja since 2007, all but confirming his acquisition of Fernando Torres’ place in the side. The number 9 has 20 goals in all competitions and is making his name as one of the most deadly finishers in Europe after finding a club where he can finally settle.
Vicente Del Bosque’s reasoning for not including Soldado until now was due to his all round game, lack of movement and build up play, possibly a valid criticism in comparison to an in form Fernando Torres and David Villa, but the days where Soldado was nothing but a finisher are long gone, his brilliant goal scoring form can be put down to his evolution as player which has seen him become someone who could offer so much to any team. Clubs struggling for an established finisher such as Liverpool and Juventus, finances permitting, will no doubt be interested this summer.
