The French international has been one of the best centre backs in la liga this season. Standing at 1.90m, he is a powerful and physical presence at the heart of the Valencia back line and reads the game with consummate ease. Recently reported to have caught the eye of Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson, the English club are said to be interested in acquiring the services of the former-Lille defender for next season.
