Jean – Marie Dongou
Age: 17
Credentials: A prolific goal scorer at every age level he has played in at Barcelona, Dongou is another player tipped to become a future great with the Catalans.
Dongou joined Barcelona in 2008 through the Samuel Eto’o foundation in his home country of Cameroon. He didn’t take long to settle into his new surroundings as he continually found the back of the net. Dongou scored over seventy goals in one season with one of the Barcelona youth teams, making him hot property at the Camp Nou.
It is expected that Dongou will break into the first team within two years, just as he celebrates his nineteenth birthday. The same age at which Lionel Messi established himself as a first team regular at the Camp Nou.
Future Barca first teamer? Could be in the first team within a couple of seasons.
