Wellington Silva
Silva was originally signed by Arsenal in 2010, and similar to his South American colleague Galindo, the 19-year-old is yet to play for the first team. However, unlike Galindo there seems to be light at the end of the Emirates tunnel for Silva.
This summer has seen Silva recalled to London to join in pre season with Arsenal which suggested Wenger was ready to try again to secure a work permit for the Brazilian after the first attempt was rejected back in 2010. However, it has been confirmed that Silva will not be playing for Arsenal this season but will instead be loaned out to another Spanish club.
It has been rumoured that Silva could join fellow Arsenal youngster Joel Campbell at Real Betis next season. The two are both centre forwards and a battle to gain a first team place in Andalusia could go a long way to deciding which player Wenger may bring back to Arsenal for good.
Future Arsenal first teamer?
If the rumour of him going to Real Betis is true then he will have to impress Miguel Guillen before Arsene Wenger. The prospect of two young Arsenal centre forwards battling it out in Spain to try and win favour with their parent club is bound to be an exciting one for Arsenal fans.
